The Compass Programme is a social responsibility project organised under the joint umbrella of Rönesans Holding and the Rönesans Education Foundation. Within this programme, young people who join us will work within Rönesans for 12 months to gain essential work experience.

The Compass Programme's purpose is to provide recent graduates with valuable experience that enhances their CVs. This period allows young people to take their first steps into the business world and adapt to industry requirements, offering them the opportunity to make a solid start to their careers.

No, the Compass Programme is not an internship. The programme bridges the gap between academic and professional life for recent university graduates. Participants gain crucial work experience by working within Rönesans Holding for 12 months.

You will be placed in positions within the Compass Programme where you can gain optimal work experience with experienced colleagues, allowing you to develop your competencies in the most suitable areas. 

We expect you to develop yourself, actively contribute to your area of responsibility, and gain work experience.

We expect you to upload your graduation document or temporary graduation certificate to the system by the September 6, 2024 application deadline.

During the preliminary application, you will be asked to select your top 5 departments and the top 3 cities where you would like to work. We will attempt to place you according to your preferences and application distribution. However, if the quotas in your desired locations are full, you will be directed to other locations based on your preferences.

To join the Pusula Programme, you must have graduated from one of the following undergraduate departments at a Turkish university in 2024 or 2025 : Accounting and Financial Management, Actuarial Science, Architecture, Banking and Finance, Banking and Insurance, Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, Economics, Economics/Econometrics, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Energy Management, Environmental Engineering, Finance, Geological Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Geomatics Engineering, Health Management, Human Resources Management, Industrial Engineering, Information and Records Management, Interior Architecture and Environmental Design, International Relations, Justice (Vocational School), Labour Economics and Industrial Relations, Landscape Architecture, Law, Logistics Management, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, Mining Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Political Science and Public Administration, Political Science and International Relations, Psychological Counselling and Guidance, Psychology, Public Relations and Advertising, Russian Language and Literature, Social Work, Sociology, Software Engineering, Statistics, as well as the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences (All Departments).

We expect Pusula Programme participants to develop themselves, actively contribute to their area of responsibility, and gain valuable work experience.

Participants of the Pusula Programme will receive a salary during their employment period at Rönesans.
